Arriving at Harrow-on-the-Hill at twenty to ten tonight, after a
Doctor Who DVDfest with my friend Neil, I found myself missing my
connecting train by about a minute.
Faced with a 20 minute wait, the impatience and frustration associated
with just missing a train caused me not to settle down on a bench to
read last week's Autosport magazine. I decided to have a wander around
the station in search of a passport photo.
Having scanned 4 of the 6 platforms to no avail, and the inter-platform
underpass, I headed up towards the ticket gates whereupon I found, face
down, a tiny passport photograph depicting two rather attractive
oriental ladies!
It is not much bigger than a postage stamp, but is regardless definitely
originated from a photo booth. I could insert an inappropriate simile
relating to the average height of an oriental person here, but I won't.
I attach a photograph that recreates the euphoria of the original moment
of finding. I shall post it to you ... and I hope you feel it is an appropriate
submission for addition to your collection.
